Conrad Sanchez

"It never fails to amaze me when I see a design that 'paved paradise to put up a parking lot'. Every homesite is unique and the natural elements that make it naturally beautiful must be preserved, respected and emphasized. My goal is to recognize that beauty and make the most of it in the home's design. I haven't succeeded if it doesn't look like the home was meant to be there"

Conrad Sanchez has been working in the field of residential design for over 30 years. Following in the tradition of his father, Harvey Sanchez, Conrad is inspired by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, Mies Van der Rohe, Ron Mann, Bernard Maybeck and Luis Barragan. Conrad’s recent projects include residences in Sonoma, Modesto and Pebble Beach, California.

Conrad loves the world of fine arts and has a focus on integrating art into his design. He has designed residences that reflect and complement notable art collections of clients. His work always seeks to accommodate the needs and desires of the client while integrating the design into the site in a beautiful and appropriate way.
Conrad's work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Luxe Magazine, Design Bureau Magazine and Art & Antiques Magazine.
