Its wealthy residents pay special maintenance taxes in this area, as Pebble Beach is not an actual city, but a conglomerate of luxury-residential property. This villa is a structure built in 1976 and before the renovation it was very dated, with many small rooms and walls that made the whole space small and not bright.
